We hope you will be delighted with your BALBINO piece. Should you wish to return your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving it.
Returns
To request a return, please contact us at joalheriabalbino@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request has been received, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us beforehand.
Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, the direct cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning your order.
Condition of Returned Pieces
Returned pieces should be kept in appropriate condition and, whenever possible, returned with their original packaging, tags and accompanying materials.
You may examine a piece to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition. You may, however, be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.
Once you have communicated your decision to withdraw, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision.
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed by BALBINO or required by applicable law.
Damaged, Incorrect or Non-Conforming Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, does not conform to your order, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at joalheriabalbino@gmail.com so that we can assess the matter and provide an appropriate solution.
Your statutory rights concerning non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Exchanges
We do not currently process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different piece, size or variation, the simplest option is to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you accordingly.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, refunds will be made in accordance with applicable law and through the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The refund includes payments received from you in connection with the returned order, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by law. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable where permitted by law.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Once a refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process it.

DEVOLUÇÕES & REEMBOLSOS
Dispõe de 14 dias após a receção da sua encomenda para solicitar uma devolução.
Para iniciar uma devolução, contacte-nos através de joalheriabalbino@gmail.com. Após o pedido, enviaremos as instruções necessárias para a devolução.

Os custos diretos da devolução são suportados pelo cliente, salvo indicação em contrário da BALBINO ou quando legalmente aplicável.
Condição das peças
As peças deverão ser conservadas em condições adequadas e, sempre que possível, devolvidas com a embalagem original, etiquetas e restantes elementos que as acompanham.
O cliente poderá examinar a peça na medida necessária para verificar a sua natureza e características, podendo ser responsabilizado por uma eventual depreciação resultante de um manuseamento que exceda o necessário para esse efeito.
Direito de Livre Resolução — União Europeia
Nos termos da legislação aplicável, os consumidores da União Europeia dispõem, em regra, de 14 dias após a receção dos bens para exercer o direito de livre resolução, sem necessidade de indicar qualquer motivo.
Após comunicar a decisão de resolução, os bens deverão ser devolvidos no prazo máximo de 14 dias.
Artigos danificados ou não conformes
Caso receba uma peça danificada, com defeito, diferente da encomendada ou que apresente falta de conformidade, contacte-nos através de joalheriabalbino@gmail.com para que possamos avaliar e solucionar a situação.
Os seus direitos legais relativos à conformidade dos bens permanecem inalterados.
Trocas
Não efetuamos trocas diretas. Caso pretenda outra peça, tamanho ou variante, poderá devolver a peça original de acordo com esta política e efetuar uma nova encomenda.
Reembolsos
Após a receção da devolução, procederemos à sua verificação.
Quando aplicável o direito legal de livre resolução, o reembolso será efetuado através do mesmo método de pagamento utilizado na compra, nos termos e prazos previstos na legislação aplicável.
Poderemos reter o reembolso até recebermos os bens devolvidos ou até ser apresentada prova do seu envio, consoante o que ocorrer primeiro.
